Why Japanese Inventors Used Hiroshima Survivors For Creating Godzilla.

As we know monster Godzilla has been invented by the Japanese. The monster awakened and received his power after testing the hydrogen bomb. 
   To emphasize the Godzilla's connection with the nuclear bomb, inventors decided to use people's burnt skins who survived after the Hiroshima attack and painted Godzilla's skin similar to theirs'.
